If you've been coveting an item for awhile and it suddenly does a disappearing act from the website, that means it has sold or been snatched up by one of the Raphaelina Retail Locations. If you're interested in a similar piece please fill out the contact forum for more information.

Do you do custom orders?
Most of the time, yes! Don’t be afraid to contact me to inquire about a unique piece you’re just dying to have, or even a modified version of pieces I’ve already made. If the piece is included in an “edition of” then chances are you can get it in silver, gold, copper, or any other variation you’d like. Modified orders of previously designed pieces take, on average, an extra week to fill.

Do I get anything special with my custom order?
I’m all for rewarding creativity! When you order a custom piece from me, I will do a sketch of it for a general guideline. You will receive this sketch with your package when the piece is complete.

How about international orders?
Sure! Therein lays the beauty of Paypal and FedEx.

What if something breaks?
My jewelry is carefully designed and crafted to be resilient within the constraints of regular wear. Everything is in tip top shape when shipped and expected to arrive that way. I don’t offer any warranties but, if you treat your jewelry with the gentle respect it deserves then you shouldn’t have a worry.

Do you do gift wrapping?
Yes! I love to wrap presents. Just give me a comment when you place your order and I’ll see what I can do.
